Pitman Creek Estates is conveniently located in the heart of Plano, Texas—one of the fastest growing metropolitan areas in the United States. This upper-scale subdivision of 321 residences has gained a well-deserved reputation as one of Plano’s best-kept secrets!

Beginning in 1976, this community began to grow along the banks of the tree-lined creek that meanders through the peaceful neighborhood. The nearby Heritage Farm museum quaintly reminds residents that Buffalo, Comanche Indians, and cattle herds heading north were crossing this tranquil creek a scant 130 years ago.

Today, nearby Collin Creek Mall shopping center meets homeowners' shopping needs, and easy access to George Bush Turnpike (US-190) and North Central Expressway (US-75) provides convenient travel to all DFW Metroplex destinations. Westwood Park, located within the Estates, is a popular gathering place for family outings. A tree-lined paved path winds around the park perimeter.

Plano's excellent public school system is one of the top-ranked in the United States. K-12 schools are located nearby, with K-8 grades within walking distance of Pitman Creek Estates.

Pitman Creek Estates Homeowners' Association serves to empower residents to make changes toward the betterment of their neighborhood. The Association is officially recognized by the City of Plano as a group who wishes to work with the city to address issues of importance to our neighborhood.
